We understand that getting your order to you promptly while still up holding our high standards of design and execution is very important.
 
To help reduce wait times from when an order is placed to when you receive it, we are limiting the amount of open orders, and places available on the waitlist.

To join the waitlist you must have proof of training meeting the standards of the DDA. More information can be found Terms and Conditions.
 
Once it is your turn to place an order, we will reach out, and then send you the order form to finalise all details. This will be available to complete for 48 hours, before it expires.
This is another way we are helping reduce wait times. 
Our new forms can be filled out, and be signed online.

We hope they will be easier to use and explain each element you wish to have on your vest.
 
We will then send you an itemised invoice with payment details.

We are asking  that you only place your name on the waitlist when you are certain you are ready to complete your order, and have a rough idea of design and funds available to you. 
 
This reduces wait times, and allows us to more seamlessly move through with orders that are ready.

We ourselves are disabled handlers, and while we will do our best to answer you promptly it might take a few days to hear back.

Please keep in mind,we have a not tolerance policy on harassment, bulling or abusive behaviour.
If any member of the Cavalier Couture team feels threatened, bullied or intimidated by your behaviour, we hold the right to cancel your order.
 
If you have paid for your vest, you will be refunded.
 
If you are on the wait list, you will lose your place and may be banned from any future purchases.
 
We too are disabled handlers and our right for safety will always come before your want for a vest.
