Assistance Dog Orders
- Cavalier Couture-
All orders are custom made to your design.
To place an order, you need to join our wait list.

Once it is your turn, you will be contacted and then sent our online form to complete.
You will have 48 hours to complete this form before it expires.
This is to help with our wait times.
Within the next 5 business days, an invoice will be provided to you once your final design is received.
This will include postage costs and payment details.
We ask that payment be received within 48 hours to help keep the process moving, and allow others behind you in the queue to not have to be help up.
Creation time will vary depending on the materials and customisations, you will receive a time frame for your order along with your invoice.
The seamstress of Cavalier Couture is a disabled Handler too. While we do our best to work within the time frames given, there may be unexpected delays due to heath. Cavalier couture will do their best to keep you informed on this, if it does occur.
We have a not tolerance policy on harassment, bulling or abusive behaviour.

If any member of the Cavalier Couture team feels threatened, bullied or intimidated by your behaviour, we hold the right to cancel your order.
If you have paid for your vest, you will be refunded.

If you are on the wait list, you will lose your place and may be banned from any future purchases.

We too are disabled handlers and our right for safety will always come before your want for a vest.
The creation of your gear cannot start before your payment is received in full.
Cavalier Couture does not provide refund on products for change of mind.
